Refund & Returns Policy
Made-to-order means we print with care. Here's how we handle returns.
1. All Sales Are Final
All items at Aristeman are made to order. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind. Please refer to our sizing guide before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily replace it. To qualify:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
- Provide clear photos of the issue and packaging
- Include your order number in your message

3. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet policy criteria or appear fraudulent.
4. Cancellations
Because we begin printing soon after orders are placed, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
5. Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. However, if your item is defective or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
